I got the 22" wheels on the R1T. They are surprisingly different rides. Rivian is much sportier feeling. Throttle comes on way quicker from a roll than the Hummer (though I had been keeping it in the lowest setting so maybe that's part of it).wow so which one is the better option?
While they had the 17 Hummers in Phoenix I got to see what my future problem will look like. Until last week, my wife had not seen the Hummer in person, but she agreed that she will never want drive it. She does like the passenger seat.Well I officially have a problem.

My wife felt the same before driving it, but honest the rear wheel steering is so good. It's more maneuverable in parking lots than the Rivian is. Just the sheer size of it needs a little extra care. While they had the 17 Hummers in Phoenix I got to see what my future problem will look like. I went out by myself this time. This truck is crazy powerful. The Hummer is quick but the sheer heft of it is very obvious. The R1T doesn't feel that way at all. In sport and lowest suspension mode it drives like a sports car. Rivian really hit it out of the park on their first try.I got the 22" wheels on the R1T. They are surprisingly different rides. So far I might like the Hummer better but I only put 8 miles on the R1T compared to almost 4k on the Hummer.
The first step is admitting you have a problem...Well I officially have a problem.

Do you have any experience to compare/contrast the 22’s on the Rivian to the 20” AT’s. I’m not sure with the R1T’s suspension if you could notice a difference in ride?I got the 22" wheels on the R1T. I will happily trade one or two of my problems for your problem...Well I officially have a problem.

Oh really? I have both reserved so definitely interested in your opinion. Maybe after 1K miles in the Rivian you could do a pros/cons comparison list.So far I might like the Hummer better but I only put 8 miles on the R1T compared to almost 4k on the Hummer.
... How?!almost 4k on the Hummer.
We did a round trip drive from metro detroit to ft myers florida. I was going to do a writeup on it but been hammered at work since getting back from vacation.... How?!
I'm at 300 on the Rivian and started reconsidering using it to commute. I mean, it makes sense, right? Commute with the EV? It's way more comfortable, and fun! But every extra mile gives me anxiety for some reason.
I, for one would love to hear about your trip!We did a round trip drive from metro detroit to ft myers florida. I was going to do a writeup on it but been hammered at work since getting back from vacation.
