I still have mine, however, when I click on it my guide name and information is no longer there. I texted her after getting the e mail and the usuall automatic answer did not come through. Hmmm !

Has anyone noticed anything in their account that allows them to "lock" their configuration or is it supposed to be coming soon?
Its another email where they say something is coming up and then likely nothing will happen for a few months.

Has anyone noticed anything in their account that allows them to "lock" their configuration or is it supposed to be coming soon?
The email says that you will receive another email when that option is available to you.

Not the email I wanted to see. Every time I see an email from ‘Rivian’ my hopes climb only to have them quicky dashed into the pit of despair.

Its another email where they say something is coming up and then likely nothing will happen for a few months.
"In the coming weeks" (months). A phrase I am very tired of hearing from them. It's great they give us information ahead of releasing features. But it's become a joke now given how many things were supposed to be released in the coming weeks/months but still haven't happened.
  • R1S owners were supposed to hear new delivery information related to the delay - hasn't happened
  • Updated delivery windows are supposed to be sent out - hasn't happened
  • Delivery windows in our account have been promised since January - nothing
  • Option to communicate options we might be willing to take in coming weeks - still nothing (and now - this email which seems to be the exact opposite, asking us to lock in a config)

About 6 months ago I updated my email address with Rivian. I continued to receive emails to my old address even after having a CSR via chat confirm that yes they had updated my email. The "price change" emails went to my old address. Only after a phone call did another rep assure me that all emails from Rivian will go to my new address. It was a real clown show getting them to update all their internal databases with my new email.

Now I wonder if they sent this email to my old, now former email, as I changed ISPs, instead of my new email. I'll never know as I do not have access to that email anymore.

I think once the new delivery window email go out and I/we still don't get an email then I'll contact support. These may still be targeted emails based on some criteria

I haven’t gotten the last two emails either after having gotten all the other correspondence in the past. Oh well.
