Anyone having this happen with Charge Sessions and Rivoan Wall Charger?

No data logged in the history (maybe it only logs public chargers?), and Rivian Wall Charger does not recognize a Rivian vehicle apparently?

I've had this happen a few times, but no wall charger; just using the mobile charger. The vehicle is still clearly charging, I had to restart the app for it to give me info again. ?‍ Your situation may differ.

No disagreement that the charger software needs work. But you can get charging history. Push the charging history arrow and it takes you to that page. Can’t believe a Rivian charger can’t recognize a Rivian truck.

It does this for me too, but you can access the wall charger from the app directly, and the history there seems to have the session data.

Still doesn't recognize the vehicle though.

The charging history is not very useful. The starting time is when you plug it in not when it started charging. Same with the end time. Its when you unplug it. So if you schedule your charging to lower you electric cost you really do not know how fast the charger is working. I have opened a ticket on this. If the vehicle is really controlling the charge session the the vehicle needs to store and display the charge history.

What is everyone seeing in terms of miles per hour added with the Rivian wall charger?
Mine came in today, it was a surprise bye the way, no heads up from Rivian. I installed it in about 1h but had the infrastructure prepared ahead of time.
Pulling 22miles/h @10kw.

Mine came in today, it was a surprise bye the way, no heads up from Rivian. I installed it in about 1h but had the infrastructure prepared ahead of time. Which makes me think that my electrician screwed me over. 10 gauge wire with a 50 amp breaker. Best I pulled was 22.3miles/h @10kw. Rivian charger install manual list to adjust down to 40amp of running 10 gauge which I did. One can run full 48 amp with 6 gauge and 60 amp breaker. Was pulling 17.6miles/h with NEMA 14-50 45 amp breaker @8kw last night.
Haven't adjust amps in the trucks UI for the 40amp I'm using currently.
Might have to call the electrician back to re run 6 gauge and 60 amp breaker.
Anyone savy on this topic can comment?

Big yikes! If your electrician ran 10 AWG copper protected by a 50 amp breaker, you need a new electrician. That will burn your house down. You should be dialing the charge amps down to 24A in that case.
