A “as designed” rattle and a “oh shit this panel is completely loose” rattle is the difference.

Since I’ve picked up the truck the other back door is now rattling bad, like a can of angry bees in both doors.

My alignment is also terrible.

It’s a shame that these quality issues are ruining an otherwise amazing truck.

I need to setup another service appointment since the frunk now requires you to push it closed manually, and all ask them to fix everything once again.
Thinking on this more: They say "normal" noise - so that's pretty subjective, certainly your backdoor sounding like angry bees is not "normal"

No they aren't, they may address them, but they can just say "those aren't covered"

I've had zero issues getting rattles and what not fixed. Had two suspension noise issues that were rattles and both got fixed promptly. Even after telling them that I was on a trail off roading when I heard them. The techs and support staff in Bellevue are awesome. It's who ever is the service manager right now that is absolutely terrible. I don't have great things to say for most of the Service management on the west coast. It's pretty horrific if you ask me.

As for my alignment issue it seems to be more of a steering wheel is off about a degree or less. It will get addressed on the next visit...

I commented above, but I'll repeat it here - the key word I kind of glossed over was "normal" - so you could argue that a certain rattle or squeak is not normal and they could argue that it is. I'm not sure how that gets resolved.

I could 100% see a scenario where someone brings a truck back for the same "rattle" 5 times and they finally just say "that's not covered by your warranty" and point to the passage I linked. But, I also believe that they want to keep folks happy so they are going to try and get as much sorted as they can.

The way I see it right now is that we are all early adopters. They will probably want to keep us pretty happy indeed, but there are limits. For example if someone keeps bringing it in like you said for the same rattle or noise. I've seen people in previous places I've worked just complain to get free stuff. I'm sure that's what they have that line in there for.

I'm sure anyone under a certain VIN number will get quite a few passes.

My experience... Slashed a tire up on trail without a spare, Bellevue service center fast forwarded my spare delivery to my truck on the trail, swapped it out and when I got back to the service center they put a new tire on and washed the truck in about 30 minutes. Call out to Hector who drove me up there.

Service was excellent really, experiences may vary but I've found all my interactions to be above expectations.

They've claimed to have done the alignment, but can not present a spec sheet
That's funny, when they did mine I asked if I could see how they do it differently and they showed me the computer, under the truck, and provided a print out when requested. I've posted said spec sheet back in May. YMMV
