What I Did Not Realize About Servicing

Just got my truck back after 2.5+ weeks being in the SC. Total of 9hrs of warranty work performed.

Driver+ will not engage and says “Wheel alignment needed. Service your vehicle.”

I will give you two guesses on what they tried to fix.

I’m considering changing thread title to “these f*cking a** clowns don’t know how to fix their products”.

Unbelievably frustrated at Rivian.

I can’t even get to the stage where the fanbois can tell me to get rid of it yet. Has to be fixed to sell it boys.

Teetering on NC’s legal definition of lemon.

Their job was to fix Driver+ unavaible errors and do an alignment.

They sent me a truck back with scratches and Driver+ won’t engage because it says it needs service for wheel alignment.

Your worst case scenario? You can flip it for a profit and move on.

I can’t imagine how frustrating that must be. After waiting so long through all the hype on how great the R1T is, to have your honeymoon period ruined with terrible service and shoddy quality must be infuriating. Best of luck. Let us know if they try to make it right.
