Well, same with Rivian. That link isn’t an official Rivian page, it’s a third party that transcribes the change list for our convenience.

Rivian does post the patch notes once they have pushed the update to everyone. I don't think they have started that process yet for 2022.35.03

Glad to see updates to fix the Driver+ ping ping lane centering...I can't use it with my wife in the car because she hates that. Also happy about the driver side gear tunnel button fix - I have to push the button anywhere from 1-6 times to open the gear tunnel door. Of course, the one time I had the truck at the service center it worked the first time, every time...

Interestingly, the availability of Driver+ has disappeared on the section of interstate that I travel daily after I updated. I guess it could be a coincidence, but I just used it yesterday.

Updated last night. First software update that I have gotten a notification on my phone it was ready - on my lock screen. Then took a bit to actually show in the app.
will check later this morning when it’s drive time to see if I have the same message about calling Rivian to update

FM is still a thing. Especially after you run out of skips on the poorly curated playlists of the free Spotify or have to listen to yet another “upgrade to Premium” commercial.

“oh cool, they have a playlist based on Radiohead…. Next 9 songs are terrible and ones that no Radiohead fan would like then straight to 2min of commercials.”

I’d bounce to my phone (where I pay for a subscription that pays musicians more money), but since there there’s almost zero phone integration, I have to physically manipulate my phone and drive dangerously. So FM it is!

This scenario plays out 2-3 times a week.

FM radio is still very much a thing when your other onboard choices are as terrible as spotify and tunein. ?

Do you not stream audio from your phone?

My wife and I have our own Spotify accounts, and I really wish Rivian would tie a Spotify account to a profile.

We’ve been using Bluetooth audio instead. I listen to music from Spotify, from my Apple Music library, and stuff HiFi stuff from Tidal.

There are waves. I seem to recall that parked, plugged in and sleeping with a strong wifi signal is the quickest way to get the update. I find updates hit my truck about a week after the first reports, almost clockwork the Thursday after the first Thursday of public users reporting getting the update. Hardly scientific, just an observation.

Same...1 week and I usually have it.

Someone report back what this process is and why you have to call Rivian once you have done so. Seems like there is something they need to verbally or physically verify with the truck over the phone before they remote initiate the OTA install?
