New software update 2022.35.03

Are you in PARK? Many of the audio settings will be disabled if you're in Drive.

Tried it in Park and while connected to WiFi - but Alexa login/setup screen remains grayed out. Soft reboot did not solve the problem... haven't tried a hard reboot. I've read about others having same problem, but haven't seen any solutions.

I just got off phone with Rivian Service due to same message (and non-access to Alexa app). He was unaware of this issue and never heard of this message. From his end, my truck updated properly. He said he'd pass it on to their tech people to ensure there wasn't a problem somewhere. He did ask me to do a hard re-boot which didn't clear this update message or fix my Alexa access.

Off topic, but is there a way to reduce the whistle sound when you are driving?

Do you happen to have the cargo bars on the roof? When I put them on I noticed I could hear the wind resistance on them. Moved them to the bed and it’s fine.

Nope. I don't have anything on the roof, and it's quite noticeably loud.

Check to make sure your applique isn't coming loose. (That's the piece of plastic between the roof glass and the windshield. It's just glued into place)

I will take a look. I have a scheduled appointment in two weeks. So Hopefully they can address this.

I am really hoping for a scheduled departure feature in the app. That and being able to do route planning from the app. It would make road trips so much easier.

Also, OTA took 64min from start to finish. Took 1% away from my SoC.

They do them in waves, which seems to be the industry practice. Ford also takes weeks to push out an OTA.

I look at this way. The only folks that get upset about "slow" updates are those of us on forums who know the update is coming. Everybody else is thrilled whenever an update magically appears. ?
