Same exact thing that caused my wheel to fall off on my Tesla S on a freeway trip. Luckily I was in stop and go traffic. Tesla never issued a recall to my knowledge. They did fix mine and many others. Very happy that Rivian is taking the safe and honest approach here.

It's easily visible even without steering out. Just slide in from the front of the truck not the side. It's super easy to reach as well. I'll get a torque wrench out in the morning once it's light out. I can see the red marks and they don't appear to have slipped at all. I'm about 150mi from SC so will see when mobile service can get here.

Interesting you have red marks. Mine has none.

If this fixes that right biased pull, I will be extremely happy on Monday when mobile service comes out. I've been through two alignments and still have a hard pull to the right.

I haven't received the email. My truck VIN 12380 +/-17 was assigned 9/30, but it's a lower VIN (by hundreds) than others assigned a week before mine.

Mine is about 200 lower than yours, and I haven’t received an email either.

My VIN is 119xx, I did not get the emails. My R1T pulls to the right, so I assume this isn't the cause.

For what it’s worth Bellevue fixed my alignment issue first time so it can be fixed. After they did that though my low speed clicks/pops got a lot worse. Wonder if all three things are related.

Does look like someone had a wrench on it recently. Which is interesting given that I had a service appointment two weeks ago. No mention of it at the time, but possible they attended to it?

Certainly worth an extra screen by someone with a torque wrench and a known spec.

I have a mobile appointment for 11/9/22. The person I spoke with thought the appointment will probably be moved up. At least I am on the books.

I marked the bolts and will keep a close eye them.
