What y’all do to Dr. Z?
That's a lot of bold talk for someone who joined the forum the other day and somehow thought their October '21 order would show up in Q1/Q2 '23. You're "cheated" and refuse outright any reason for defense "period"? C'mon, man. At least @paariv and @JerseyGreens have been here longer than the shelf life of a carton of milk.
@paariv notes that zero people are stepping up saying that they, without having a VIN, still have a '22 delivery date. Having reviewed the threads, I'd agree, that's compelling. It does support the conclusion that they pushed back R1S to prioritize R1T (and maybe EDV) deliveries before the end of the quarter. Given what we know about Rivian (and businesses and contracts and earnings reports, etc.), that sounds plausible. The more impactful question at this point is, "now what?" At least one person has said they cancelled their preorder. Others are looking at alternatives... If I was staring down the barrel of a '24 delivery, I'd be firmly in the latter camp. What about you, @tusharparmar ? Are you a Dr. Z shaking your fist at the sky or is there action hiding in your words? It is a failed company, as you've said...
In democracy 51% is considered majority however as per your logic 82% is not majority as well.
Seems like you are having some insights based on how strongly you are defending Rivian.
IMO, Rivian has failed as a company if majority of R1S pre order holders here are drawing negative conclusion about company's plans.
Agree 1000%, they clearly cheated R1S pre order holders. I have seen some R1T holders defending
1000% agree. This is ridiculous and unacceptable behavior from Rivian. No genuine reason can defend it, period.
