How aggressive are you accelerating at the start of turns? I've burned through front tires faster than rears on AWD before, but only with pretty aggressive acceleration + turning.

Based on the photos, I'd be replacing those front tires. I wouldn't want them as my rears with that little tread.

Definitely switching to a higher tread wear rated tire when my time comes. Maybe those Pirelli AS Plus 3 or Michelin Defenders that other forum members have tried. Not sure how well they will last against a heavy battery pack though.
