Fix the inability to wake the vehicle to unlock or precondition the cabin. This seems worse when I am at home and often takes 3-5 attempts, even when moving the phone to within 10’ of the R1T.
I don't bother hitting the wake button and just do the other commands. Majority of the time it works.

Thanks Dark. I‘ve been doing that for months to no avail. I’ve tried unlocking, pre-heating, etc. It still often takes 3-5 tries to wake the truck. Super annoying when you try to warm the truck up 15 minutes before you leave and 10 minutes later you are still waiting for attempts to time-out so you can try again.

Do you have your truck hooked up to wifi or live in an area where it doesn't have good cell reception?

There might be something wrong with your truck's setting or a software glitch. I've changed the charging amperage and it stays to that number until I change it again.
Interesting. I know you can do it, if you schedule the charging. Do you have a charging schedule setup with the car?

Yep I have mine scheduled to charge between 7pm and 1pm. First had it at 32 amps when I was using the mobile charger and now 48 amps with the dedicated charger.

that makes sense. I haven’t tried it with the schedule. What happens if the schedule comes up and you haven’t plugged it in?

Nothing happens. You won’t be charging. If you plug in during the middle of the schedule it will start charging.

Gotcha - I assume with the stored settings.

The truck is on Wi-Fi and I’ve wondered if that may be part of the issue. We do have reasonably good cell coverage here.

Improve/Increase the delay on switching the screens from day to night mode... My entire dash flashes every time I go under an overpass.

Either that, or allow it to be scheduled rather than based on ambient light.

You can also just do it manually.

I set it to permanent dark mode for a while - which looks great with the dark interior of my R1T - but the road names are almost impossible to read on the map. I don't really want to be manually switching from dark to light mode whenever I get into the truck at a different time of day.

I'd much rather see it have a slight less sensitive switch (maybe wait 30 seconds instead of 3 seconds), or have the option to schedule it for sunrise/sunset.

Also - the AC compressor shouldn’t kick into full blast just by opening the door. It should turn on lightly (very low) then increase speed depending on if you close the doors while people are present inside the car. Maybe even once you press the brake to start the car and leave. It should be progressive and slow in ramp up.

Sometimes you just want to reach in to grab things (including the rear lid) and as of now the compressor always goes to full speed. It’s uncomfortable, probably consumes more power than needed, and I can imagine also decreases the life of the unit over time.

Agreed. Unless you have set it to pre-cool, it should wait until the brake is depressed.

I don't think I have ever seen mine "flash" when driving through an underpass at speed. It changes as expected if stopped or slow traffic in an underpass. but that seems to take a few seconds.
