R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!

I've got a toddler but still decided to live life on the edge just because of how damn pretty OC was

Looked into a good bit and most reports seem to indicate it holds up well and is easy to clean (holding true for us so far, but also only 1 week into ownership currently). Ultimately just decided to get what I wanted even if that means there's a higher risk for some stains / imperfections along the way. May regret it down the road, but zero regrets to this point.

Also, highly, highly recommend the 20" AT for anyone who is on the fence as long as you can live with the range hit. They are absolutely beautiful tires, easier and cheaper to find alternative replacements if wanted and -- most importantly -- they are absolutely beautiful tires (wait, did I say that already??).

I'm waiting on my Adventure Package R1S but recently got invited to the shop. Is it possible from the above pictures the LE are still being offered and I "could" potentially get one if available?

I just got access to the R1S shop. Coincidentally, my estimated delivery changed to processing estimate. It was May/Jun 2023 as of yesterday (After last week's updates). Is this normal for estimated delivery to change when shop access is granted. I didn't make any changes to my configuration. New to the forums. Thanks

Within the next day or so you will be getting a vin number, so get ready to purchase your vehicle. That’s what happened to me. Congrats! If you still have access to the R1 shop, the 8 steps will not show up in your account until your vehicle is ready for delivery.

You have access to the shop until your vehicle is built, once your specific vehicle is built for you, then shop access is taken away, and then the 8 steps and vin number shows up in your account.

You can also select a vehicle that you see and like in the R1 shop, but once you pick a vehicle from the shop, it’s one and done , no going back, can’t change your mind, and if you do change your mind, you going back to your original delivery date.

They are predicting that when Rivian said May-June, they actually meant first week of May. You will lose shop access if/when the truck they built to your specs specifically for you comes off the assembly line. At that point you don't need shop access since the exact truck you wanted is on its way to you. since it's May now, your truck could be built any day now.

Yes, when you get shop access your delivery date goes to processing estimate. That doesn't necessarily mean your original configuration is being built, but given your May/June estimate, it's entirely possible.

That's interesting. Mine went to processing estimate when I first got shop access (despite my window being Q4 2023). I asked my guide about it and was told that it says processing estimate because I have shop access and it doesn't mean anything with respect to delivery date of my original config.

I guess as we've seen before - there seems to be some volatility in the info received through various Rivian channels.
