2023.26.0 Software Update Pushed

I noticed a few updates ago that it went back to 5 seconds. But then I had a 20 second session yesterday... I think there is some more logic going into it than just time.

Interesting. The last update increased the time in between to about a minute, but this most recent update is making it about 5-10 seconds.

Not complaining btw everybody, just curious about y’alls experience with it

They moved to Settings:About probably not long after your truck was murdered. It's still stupid and I wish they'd make them more accessible. While they're at it, they need to add a per drive and per charge trip meter.

If my AC was on upon leaving my truck it is on once I return— even after a sleep cycle. I thought this update was meant to keep it off? If mine is bugging I’m glad for it. I appreciate the AC being on it’s hot!

My center screen has become very flaky with this update. A lot of times it is unresponsive. My TuneIn streaming drops out more than usual and the menus quit working. Today the garage door menu would close when trying to activate a door.

I have done a few resets, but these issues come and go.

IIRC, the change is that it doesn't turn on until the door is opened. Previously, the HVAC would turn on when the R1 unlocked. For those of us who had issues with it constantly unlocking/locking because of the proximity to areas in our houses we frequented, it's a welcome change.

Just had my third or fourth false alarm. Gary doesn’t show anything happening. Didn’t hear this one at home. This past weekend it falsely went off while I was at a no re-entry concert.

I just noticed this morning that the new update broke proximity locking "off at home". My truck now locks when I walk away even though I'm at home in my garage. smh.

I was out of town for a month and left the truck in the garage plugged in, so I didn't update to 2023.26 until yesterday.

This morning the truck unlocked in the garage as I approached it. I checked the "Off at Home" setting and it's correct. I tried to check the saved Home location in favorites but the Nav page would display a generic blank map for about 2 seconds and then return to the previous screen. I figured that was the problem, the Nav system was messed up and the truck didn't know where it was.

I did the steering wheel two button reset which fixed the Nav page problem. The Home position is correctly saved, but I reset it anyway. Still no luck, the truck still proximity locks/unlocks in the garage.

I thought I'd read a fix for this somewhere here recently, but used search and couldn't find the thread.

On a side note, the OTA also lost the sign on info for TuneIn. An easy fix, but shouldn't have been necessary.

Mine fixed itself yesterday as well. I didn't change a thing and noticed last night that the truck was still unlocked long after I had parked it in the driveway. I had to use the app to lock it and again this morning to unlock it. Gremlins.
