you should see the ride level indicator blinking on the “dash” screen if it is the compressor adjusting the ride height - “operating with spec” lol. if you don’t want to hear, you can turn off “automatic kneeling when parking”Yeah , I do hear compressor sound but hear like "Tok" "Tok" sound as well for first mile or so.
I’ve noticed that the air suspension will naturally deflate when parked over time. After starting, the suspension will try to readjust to the selected height. If you have a sloped driveway or ramped exit, the vehicle will continuously correct itself until it gets to a flat ground, then it stabilizes.Hello,
Any having small knocking sound when the vehicle first starts and have those sounds for first mile or so. Feel like it is try to set something ?
I am not sure if it's just me?
Anyone else having any odd sounds at start?
Hello,

I also experience this when I leave the garage and exit my neighborhood. Coming from ownership with other air suspension vehicles, this doesn't sound concerning to me when operating/I hear it. I wouldn't worry and just find a way to get used to it unfortunately.Hello,

just had my first mile drive on Monday and the demo R1S had this going on for a few moments on max ac in the hot Orlando sun. I saw a video of this somewhere online. It is loud, and repeated rapid bursts of flapping knocks with a pause in between and stopped after a few moments. Doesn’t sound like a correct function.Sounds like the same thing I have going on with my R1S and I believe it’s related to the AC. As I primarily hear it when I first get into the vehicle and the AC is running full tilt. As the temperature cools in the vehicle, the tok or popping noise slows or stops. It’s almost like something is contracting as it cools rapidly. For me, I can hear it in the vehicle and feel it in the floorboard on the drivers side. I have a support ticket to have it looked at along with a number of other minor issues.
