Is Rivian's efficiency / estimated range accurate? - R1T Dual Motor

I am new to Rivian and curious if the efficiency listed on the trip odometers is reliable and accurate. Can any other dual motor R1T owners comment and post their efficiency?

This is my miles since new and I want to know how it compares with other R1Ts.

with an average speed of only 28 mph that’s expected (and very good!) efficiency. wind resistance at highway speeds is a killer

Thanks, this is my 3rd EV. I am not new to them. This includes a lot of highway driving, but mostly in the mountains at 60-70. I have only done about 10% on the freeway at 80.

Also, this was since late September so definitely mild weather.

I just checked last night. Dual R1S on 21” but only about 100 miles (went on a 10 day vacation 3 days after I picked up) and was around 2.8mi/kwh so similar.

For those that posted above...about 0.2 mi/kWh difference to quad makes sense. That makes for about 25 mi more for the Large pack quad vs dual. Note again, should also be really similar to a quad running in Conserve mode.

Have to know weather and if quads are in conserve mode to make good comparisons, but some dual numbers are great to see. My quad efficiency nose dives at about 50 degrees. Rivian says new motors are 10 percent more efficient than quad in conserve.

I've just started driving my new dual motor R1T (21" wheels & large pack). It seems the efficiency is quite a bit better than the quad I had, even when it was in conserve mode. This will be plenty of miles for me to road trip with.

The math is 2.44 if you divide miles by energy. The same for all the others on here - I am wondering if the energy figure is what was dispensed by the charger but doesn’t take into account the typical 10% loss getting into the battery. That would the get the efficiency closer to what is displayed.
