I would like to know the true date of my order being shipped order #6764? I ordered these mats on 9/26. You created a label and tracking number on 10/2. If splitting the shipment will get me the mats sooner please split the shipment. Hasn't snowed yet but its coming fast.

Hi there @LinerX, just catching up on this thread - my order shipped and is slated for delivery sometime next week. I did not realize that the original product covers both the left passenger and middle seat backs, which unfortunately will not work for me . When do you anticipate that these revisions will be ready?

A couple minutes with a utility knife and the problem is solved - this was inspired by @Atlrivian ‘s post here.

What is not shown is the trimming done to accommodate the release and pin - you can see them in the below image.

We're currently working on those revisions, and we anticipate them to be ready in about 4-6 weeks. We'll be sure to keep you in the loop with any updates.

Got my 3rd row covers yesterday. I dig em but they are very different colors - one is black the other is kind of a shiny dark gray. No idea why it'd be like that.

Thanks @Polar and @Atlrivian for inspiration on cutting the 2nd row covers. They looked quite professional after installation.

I did leave them down for 2 days to allow for hook and loop adhesion to seats, but that was not enough to keep them up when I lifted the seats. They fell after 2-3 hours.

I made sure to cover most of the area in contact with the leather, but had very little hopes for the area in contact with fabric and carpet. That was clearly not enough to keep the covers up.

@LinerX what is the “stronger” hook and loop (mentioned at another post) you are planning to include on the future orders?

It would be great to find a hook-only tape capable of attaching to the carpet on the back of the seats.

Mine are staying up fine - but I shifted all Velcro to avoid the leather and moved onto the carpeted areas. Now you have me concerned… ?

Absolutely, you can definitely try this alternative option: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C5LX7C4H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 . It should work well for attaching to the carpet on the back of the seats.

Thanks! Btw do you guys have an instructional video or something for the install? I got a full roll of the adhesive Velcro and am wondering how much of it to use for each piece.

Update as of 11/13/23 - Good news! We've improved our front mats (driver & passenger). The new design covers more area for better protection. These updated mats will start shipping in the week of November 19th.

Oh man! And I just bought mine late last week. Does it mean that I have the older version? I still have them in the box as I still haven't taken delivery yet. I'm also in MD and would drive to where you are if I can get it exchanged if at all possible.
