I did it. And it’s all fine.
Same, after updating to 2023.42.1 I had to login to TuneIn again afterwards but that wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise all is fine after testing.

I would rather that than bricking it. Also, better than ford who disables 1-pedal driving, rear seat monitoring and turns on the propulsion sound after every update for me. Nearly rear ended a car in the service lane when I picked it up from service last week at Ford.

And seriously, who wants engine noise pipped into the cabin? I could see it if you wanted some serious rumble when putting into sports mode or could add a custom sound, but I dont want cabin noise if I do not have to have it.

This would piss me off immensely. Disabling 1-pedal is abjectly terrible and dangerous and the fake noise is just irritating as hell.

How did you get such an advance release? (BTW, I'm holding off on 2023.42.1 until after I get back from Thanksgiving travels.)
