Does anyone know if the SCs charge your vehicle while working on it? Bringing it from out of town, would make a huge difference if it was charged fully at the end of the appointment.

Do not know the actual policy but mine was charged after the service visit.

Mine did. Just ask them to charge when you drop it off

They didn't charge mine in July but it still had a good bit of charge and they only had it four days.

Tesla never charged my Tesla either unless it got below 25% or I asked them to plug in.

Mine spent 7 days at the service center and was charged twice during the week. Once for 5 minutes which seems like they must have been testing something (which is odd since all of the repairs were 100% mechanical) and then another time for 80 minutes which brought it back up to where it was when I dropped it off.

They didn't charge it on pickup day, so there were a few days worth of vampire drain when I picked it up, but I suspect if I had asked them to charge it again they would have.

Just got mine back from the Cleveland Service Center. Towed there with less than half charge, picked up with full charge. There were multiple chargers in the side lot.

When I picked my up in Salt Lake it was plugged in and charged to my 70% set point

Mine was plugged in to a CCS charger when I arrived to pick it up, I had to unplug before driving away. Note that it was *NOT* the hardware used for RAN, it was a 25kW (maybe 50kW?) other-brand compact CCS unit.

They offered to wash it...? wow, that is the first I've heard of Rivian washing a vehicle prior to pick up.

When I picked up my R1T (new) a few weeks ago, it was covered in pine needles, and was generally dirty.

While my truck was at ATL most recently, it got put on a CCS charger while it was in the shop...that was new. When they called to let me know it was done and touch base on the pickup, they said they would drop it on a charger out front (L2) so it was topped off when I picked up afterhours.

Always appreciative they are willing to top it off, saved me any stops on the (2hr) ride home!
