Just noticed quite a bit of water has collected under the front carpet by the driver side pedals and the passenger side. I have not driven through puddles just light rainy days and roads. Vacuumed out quite a bit of water. Any thoughts as to what might cause this? Contacted service and am awaiting a quick appointment!

Sounds like my story last summer...

There is a whole thread on this situation: https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/wet-spot-under-driver-mat.7605/

I decided to check out under my driver mat after seeing some other owners online raising light to some water issues in the cabin.

Lo and behold, I pulled the mat and found water marks on the carpet on the driver side. I washed the vehicle on Sunday, and it was still wet last night when I looked; it has not rained since last week. I feel like it may be drain related...

Conveniently, USB fan for the win. I left it plugged into the back seat 120v for a few hours and things seemed to dry up. (Unfortunately in the 2-3 weeks of using the little fan, poor motor burnt up and it died! RIP)

Final service update...
Final update...the work was completed yesterday morning. They arranged transport back to me same day as I am leaving town and they were rockstars and arranged for it to be back prior to.

Here is the invoice details related to the water leak into the cabin floor area...

Case closed. I hope tracking this issue has or will help to provide some valuable information to someone else in the Rivan world. Truck is running great, I'm excited to be able to use the cool down feature again and not worry about pooling excessive moisture in the cabin!

Ok, might be something all owners need to keep an eye on if service determines that it's a clogged HVAC drain.

Please let us know what the final resolution is.

After drying things out overnight things looked good so went for a drive and hike. On the way home the truck started broadcasting a series of serious errors, see pictures. The errors came and went along with a frightening alarm sound as I drove directly to the service center. Soon another warning presented itself, see pictures. Called the service number and spoke with a lady who said she’d call me right back but never did!!! I drove directly to the Costa Mesa service center with the warnings and alarms sounding the whole way hoping the truck wouldn’t stop or worse. Never heard back from that lady from Rivian support. The service center folks at Costa Mesa were awesome and took the vehicle in and set me up with a rental, ironically a Ford Mustang EV. First thought is that it’s a Heater Core failure but won’t know for a few days. Pretty major issue though requiring a lot of diagnostics, major repair and about two weeks. Can’t say enough, at the current time, about the folks, Joe was awesome, at the service center who jumped right in it for me although a bit perplexed themselves! Oh my!!! What a day! The alarms really freaked me out!!!

??‍♂ I'm sorry. Let us know what happens. I'm confident Rivian will get this sorted.
Rivian service at Costa Mesa was AWESOME! Joe took care of my concern immediately and kept me informed throughout the repair. It took about a week, however, they took me right in, arranged a rental for me and consistently communicated. Although I’m concerned about why this occurred it was dealt with professionally and respectfully! Joe was awesome, the repair completed and I have my truck back!!! Here’s the results and cause…

Great to hear thank you for the update! Looks like we need to keep an eye on the condensate drain on these trucks!
