It appears you have 20" wheels with AT tires. That will definitely kill performance.

Launch performance sure…but at higher speeds when you’re not traction limited, don’t see why that would affect the motors from making full power

I noticed that way back when I got the truck 9/2022, but, fairly full soc, sport mode, TC off, it goes full acceleration, never in all purpose mode have I seen it max out.
