I ordered one of these back on April 1st……it hasn’t arrived yet, which wouldn’t be so concerning except that the website has now been down for several days on end so I’m unable to even track my order.

Does anyone know if the business has closed? Likelihood of receiving my order?

I just got one of these a month ago for my wife. The web site is loading for me. it shows ~3 weeks for the chargers now. I think I got mine in about 10 days when I had ordered.

Definitely not closed, I know one of the guys went on vacation and that put a hold on their workflow, but they should be getting to it s00n!

website works for me too, maybe just a local hiccup for you, have you checked again to see if it's working?

Just got back from vacation today. And the reason we extended the wait time from 2 weeks to 3 weeks was due to my break.

If it's any consolation I am recharged and ready to crank these out and I got some new tools to help in the process!

I'd expect your order to ship this week if it was made on the first!

Also feel free to email us at [email protected] if you ever have a need. I've been answering questions to the detriment off my wife. Also let us know if the website has issues. I'll have David run that down.

Hey - to echo @Sojhinn - what's the URL you're trying to visit that you're seeing as down? Everything is working fine on our end, but if there's a specific page that's borked I want to get it fixed!
