Notice that the side Rivian emblem is still chrome. I am doubtful that Rivian would leave one emblem as chrome.

Also as hard as I look I don't see a heat pump, tri-motor or new cameras in the photos ?

the rear bumper has been blacked out as well.

id also say the bottom of the rear light bar looks different. it looks to have sections instead of being one continuous bar.

i also heard that the Seattle Space is closed this week - if true, that indicates refresh announcement could be coming s0ooo0n

I still want to know if the rumors about the forest edge interior going away true. Such a fantastic interior, would be a shame if Rivian axed it but I could understand if it’s not popular and they need to streamline production.

If tri-enduro total 1,000hp (665hp for dual…) why should they care for quad anymore ? And I guess they will save a lot by not having to buy Bosch motors anymore…

Part of me is glad that it will boost resale value for my FE interior truck. Part of me is sad because it means that if I want to replace said truck with a new Rivian, I won't be able to get FE again.

The “chrome delete” isn’t even a real chrome delete. Most deletes you buy online are black vinyl and cheap looking, just like this picture. You can see it from a mile away. It doesn’t even match the black of the roof. It’s more charcoal than anything. Still have to cover it in black PPF to get the best results.

Judging from the way the sunlight hit the rear bumper the air suspension is gone and the glass roof is also gone. One can always hope.

Buckle up folks, R1 refresh is only a week away. They are only goig to make R1S first which makes sense. A Black Package R1S was spotted filming in Seattle

Changes:
- New headlights with new lighting capabilities
- New cameras and ADAS
- Black badges
- No chrome
- Silver wheel caliper
- Heat Pump
- Tri motor
- Faster charging

The blurry circle on the lightbar is pretty much the only indication this might be something different, as far as I can tell from the photos... But that could also be some type of sticker or <literally anything> ... so. Color me confused as to how we arrive with such certainty that this is a 'refresh' model?

And even if it IS a refresh model, why is Rivian filming it in Seattle?

Well, that IS *somewhat* helpful. I am not good at identifying plate designations outside of PA. SO, if you tell me that particular plate design is a manufacturer-plate, that may lend credence. THAT said, it could be a generic commercial/ad/partnership/tv show that Rivian might be shooting/collaborating with?

Did OP speak to the crew filming the guy breaking traffic laws to see what was up? If so, why not mention that "I talked to Rivian people and this is what's up."
