“They’re using a video game engine back end and thus trying to appeal to young gamers” is a new one hahahaha

All of the graphic overlays and cheesy chyrons you see on sports broadcasts and cable news shows and everywhere else are using the same tech. Is Fox News trying to appeal to young gamers too?
Uhm, yes.

I think the graphics are great, and my 6 year old does too! Yesterday we cycled through the various images and he really loved “Race car” (Sport) mode. He’s a really smart kid!

(Of course he also liked Snow mode and it was 90 degrees outside…)

I dont like the new graphic representation.

I am not bothered by it as my eyes are on the road and not on the screen, except to change drive mode or direction once in a while so its a non-issue to me.

My guess is that over time, things change and there will be more things I won't like and things I do like. Such is life....

Some of yall take yourselves way too seriously.
Ahahahaha!! THIS! Also, you all need to be more grateful. My truck has been in service for over a week, and I'm left with some absolute shitbox Cadillac station wagon, and don't get to experience any of this yet. "Maybe" I will get it back tomorrow.

Why do folks keep taking their time to come on a forum to complain? Like nobody cares. You’re not doing any favors to the community. This forum, Facebook groups and Reddit is just filled with 1st world problem entitled whiners.

Can we all just please do better ?????

Work around for those that don't want to see it is just put motor temp screen up and you don't see any of it then. I like it the new designs, but mostly like info more, so I never see the new art.
How about the nav screen...

Thar is what I do too. I guess I was saying when you flip to the screen to switch drive modes, if you leave it on the gauges, you never have to see the depiction of the vehicle etc....

But I actually like the new graphics so I have been putting that back up and only checking gauge values now and then.

The new UI look & feel is very... juvenile.

Not that I ever want to be an adult myself, but I kinda want my truck to be out of diapers.

I dont like the maps on the drivers display now, I like how it used to fade into the middle. Now its boxed and looks like an Apple product
I think you can change the map on the driver display to other info, but I don't know how.
