Yes I have a service ticket but hoping to find a solution before that. My new R1S PAAK was working fine before the Halloween update issues. I lost connectivity so I tried to delete the phone and re-pair. I deleted from the app, from Bluetooth in the truck and deleted anything from the phone. I am unable to re-add my phone as it still shows in the vehicle screen and the app just hangs. I can add it to bluetooth and play music etc. but no PAAK. I did notice that even when everything was deleted, my iPhone was showing a Rivian Key with a 5 digit number in Bluetooth devices. There was no icon to get to that device and “forget” it. I think that this may be part of my issue and spent an hour talking to Rivian yesterday. They were baffled
