1. Please fix the proximity lock/unlock. I want my Rivian to STAY LOCKED when the phone app is closed, but for some reason the app starts after I close it and triggers unlock when I am near the vehicle. The only way to prevent this is to shut BT off. This is NOT a good option.

2. Fix the volume levels. The highest I can stand is 4 or 5. Middle level would cause my ears to bleed. High level would blow out the windows and cause permeant deafness. I already have raging tinnitus from loud noise.

"In a previous Q&A session, you stated that that parasitic drain should be no more than one mile per day; this was apparently later revised to be 1% per day. Either way, many and perhaps most Rivian Service Centers are not on the same page with that. I've personally been told by Service that my average drain of about 4% per day is within limits. I've also been told that up to 12% per day is not unusual (not a typo) and within spec. I'm far from alone in seeing daily drain levels of well over 1%, and also not the only Rivian owner to be told by service that levels up to 4% are acceptable and can be expected."

Question:
Is the one per cent per day actually Rivian spec, or is that figure merely aspirational? If the former, why is it that Rivian SC's are seemingly not aware of it, and also seemingly, unable to get parasitc drain down to those levels for so many Rivian vehicles?

An unreleated additional question:
Also, is there actually a plan to roll out the capability for Rivian owners to adjust their vehcle software to accomodate differing wheel/tire sizes, or is that too simply an aspirational goal? If the former, is there a timeline?

How about a Rivian app for Garmin/Apple/Samsung watches? (But mostly Garmin since, of course, it's all about me!) All I need it to do is lock/unlock the vehicle. (I think this is true for most people: if we're doing something adventurous, like going to a gym, all most of us need is a way to get into the vehicle where we've left our phones.)

Rivian has repeatedly promoted the audio experience in the R1 as, "an incredible listening experience." * and your team released an update in August ** that included Dolby Atmos and a measurable improvement to sound system quality. Unfortunately, the very next update your team launched degraded audio performance notably and measurably. ***

My questions are what happened, has this been recognized internally as an issue, and what is the team doing to correct the problem?
