I wanted to share that I've published a model of my take on the OEM console organizer. I started drawing it up because it was out of stock by the time I went to buy one, then the project morphed into a my own take that allows for more customizations. The printables page has more details on some of the changes I made and my design choices. One of the later changes I made was adding holes for 6mm x 2mm magnets to "lock" the top tray into different locations. I haven't actually printed a new version yet with the magnets, as it uses nearly 300g of filament and I've already printed like 4 versions so far... lots of waste. When I finally get around to printing "final" versions, I'll update the photos, but these are nearly identical to the models.

I also finally have an official OEM one on order ... so I'll be able to compare to the real one when I get mine, but it hasn't even shipped yet so who knows when that'll be...

For the lazy people (me) would I be able to extend the floor down to be full length? I'd like to have full length and just do customized dividers.

It wouldn't be hard to make one extra deep, but I wonder about the usefulness. It would also be too tall for most printers. The base model is already about 193mm tall and sits about 125mm off the floor. One of my goals was to make it super easy to remove to get access to the very bottom, and these https://www.printables.com/model/1070662-rivian-center-console-dividers do fit under this (they're 120mm tall and what I currently use). I'm also not sure how strong these clips would hold something tall... I think you'd want a different solution.

Are you looking at storing something extra tall such that you wouldn't want 3 levels of storage?

It would be dope if it had a trap door for a kleenex holder.

Having kids is gross :D
Haha. I'd love a better solution for the second row for kleenex for the kids :) I have kleenex in the front storage area on the floor for my wife and I.

Oh, and I can also confirm that the NACS adapter does fit on the bottom below this unit. The adapter is 122mm long and the bottom of this organizer sits at about 135mm above the floor (I just measured). If you want an extra tall cavity but just some top storage, you're probably better off with Rob's organizer that hangs off the top. I was using that before I started on this and it's pretty nice. Maybe RWorksman can publish his extended depth model on printables :)

Ha! You could totally add an open slot in the base and access Kleenex from below … fits perfectly under this.

Damn, if my printer weren't tied up all day... I know what I'm printing overnight. What material did you use? I'm considering nylon carbon fiber which my printer loves, and is so strong for thin walls. My printer hated PETG.

These are all PETG. Overture's Army Green on the base and California Filament's Matte Olive Green for the top bin. The black accessories are in Voxelab's Carbon Fiber PETG. I'm still trying to decide what color I want my final, final version to be...
