Yes, for DCFC.
No, only designated SCs that allow non-tesla charging.

Maybe?

If youre referring to NACS to CCS, then yes. It is made by Tesla for Rivian, GM, Ford, Volvo, ect. to allow Tesla Supercharger use and is the exact same adapter for all companies.

If youre referring to NACS to J1772, then no. You need an AC adapter for Level 2 charging like Lectron.

You can only use it at superchargers with that support CCS vehicles. You can filter them on the Tesla website.

Aren't they all supposed to support Rivian eventually?
No. Older V2 Superchargers were not designed to support CCS communication protocol. All V3 and V4 superchargers do and slowly Tesla is upgrading V2 SCs to work with CCS or replacing them with V3 SCs.

Ah, that makes sense.

Only Gen 3/4 Tesla Superchargers work with non-Teslas as far as I know. The adapter should work on any vehicle, I have used my Rivian adapter on my BMW and they don't officially support it but it does work.
