First RAN Gen 1.5 charger conversions

Nav took us to Blacksburg via Asheville, so we skipped the one in Charlotte. Hit the one just outside of Greenville, and will be stopping in Waynesboro this afternoon.

Waynesboro is in the parking lot of a Martins grocery store, BTW. Right off I64. Watch the construction on I81. They have done a good job covering that I81 corridor.
