My 2022 R1T Quad wind noise was like that for 2.5 years of ownership. I totally solved it by trading in for the 2025 R1T Tri Max.I'll change my vote from yes, to a maybe. The wind noise issue has me at the end of my rope. Truck is amazing until about 70 mph. The wind noise from 75 mph up wants to pray at times that an asteroid hits my truck when it is parked and I am nowhere near it.
The quality control regarding putting the glass and roof in makes Tesla look like QC pros. I don't think there is a piece of glass that was put in correctly on my truck. I spent 5 hours going through and trying to plug all the uneven seams yesterday to deal with the GD wind noise.
The alignment looks like they were drunk when they did this. I shouldn't have to do this. All is amazing at 70 mph of airspeed. Once you hit 75 it is incredibly annoying and I am tired of cranking up the radio to mask it. The work I put in helped, but I am just so pissed about having to do it and I am still not sure yet if it is low enough I can live with it, now that I am keenly aware of it. Even the Cyberdumpster was better than my truck stock.
