I have no clue about what you said here, but if I understand it correctly, all I can say is man, lay off your maga calculator/computer and these alternative calculations it's giving you.

R1S typically uses 1 kWh to travel 2 miles. It would travel around 200 miles on the energy equivalent of 3 gallons of gasoline, which is about 75% SOC.

I was just trying to say the electricity rates at the DC chargers were too expensive using simple math. I wasn't trying to trigger anyone who is politically sensitive.
No politics were meant to be implied at all.

I drive a rivian because i like to drive a rivian. … or a Tesla… or an EV, for that matter. I never thought I would necessarily save money. That would be nice, however.

No love yesterday at the Barstow, CA, RAN. It’s a solid $0.64/kWh. It’s also a Rivian Only location, if that factors into it. I may try the Vegas RAN on the way back later in the week.
