Typical Halloween costume release dates

Hey folks. I'm new to Rivian as of July, and I was wondering historically when they release the Halloween costumes for our trucks (if they do them this year). In the past, did they become available at the beginning of October, and how long did they keep them around before removing the options? I'm referring to the KITT and Back to the Future costumes. Any rumblings of what they may be doing this year for us?

Halloween theme mode usually comes out with an update about 10 days before halloween. Last year someone posted their "I'm disappointed with Rivian Halloween Mode.... I feel jipped ... Can I lemon law my car over halloween mode" thread on October 21st... so I figure they got it the day before or an hour before their post.

I'll start snooping over at my neighbors house and see if he has the beta update yet....

The only reason I bought this is to have the chasing red light scan across the front facia, . Lemon law'ing it after halloween. jkjk

I wish it was October 1 but I believe it is somewhere in the teens.

Couple weeks prior to Halloween, then goes away about a week or two after. The Knight Rider thing only worked while parked.

Last year it ended at midnight on Halloween. I was a t a trunk or treat and it worked when I got there, but was de-activated by the time I left.

Can't wait for all the smiley happy people who come out of the woodwork to complain about Rivian using resources to make Halloween modes instead of giving them CarPlay or some other thing they feel is super important.

Halloween mode is usually only around for the week of Halloween and disappears at midnight on the 1st. They want you to have fun, but not too much fun, and only in the way that the designer approves of (see RGB lighting presets.)

That's odd. Myself and a couple others I know had theirs still going for over a week after. Cutting it off that midnight seems a little soon.

Yep. I was trying to show someone the themed sounds, and it was just the standard. A big let down.

After it didn't work did you at least beatbox the theme song yourself and act out a Michael Knight scene?
