Your experience may not be typical. I have had nothing but excellent service from the Colorado Springs Service Center as well as the mobile technician out of ABQ. The app has worked just fine for service requests.Requesting a getting service through the Rivian app is too difficult.
They loose or delete service tickets, loose information and give bad advice. Enough to say never again should I buy a rivian

And I mean that literally. I’d either text 911 or drive myself to the emergency room vs call and have to speak to a person.
also: I did once call Rivian. And the resulting ticket had maybe 15% of what I told the agent. And what was there only sort of represented what I had said to them. So typing it in would be far preferable.
I do with the automated system didn’t also suck at that.
