KEEP MY SETTING THE SAME AS THEY WERE WHEN I PARKED!
I hate that the screen setting revert to default everytime I get back in the truck. Why cant they remain as they were when I parked?
Too add a wish I would love to be able to customize the screen and select what I want to see and where on the screen.

I know everyone doesnt have this next gripe but I hate that I have to turn the music on everytime I get in, - why cant it pick up where we left off when I parked? or at least go onto the next song… I shouldnt have to turn it on again. Maybe it’s an Apple Music issue but it’s happened with the radio as well.

For the music, just click your left steering wheel button once and it will come back on

In Gen 1, push up on the right stalk lightly ("halfway"). This cancels Driver+, but keeps cruise control active.

I'm guessing that it's similar in Gen 2, but pulling forward or pushing backwards on the stalk?

Let me know if I'm right or not. I re-read the manual, and it's phrased.... Oddly about disengaging Driver+/Highway Assist.

Start this topic for people to show things that bug them but Rivian can improve without spending buckets of money.

-Clunky front suspension. So loud. All the time.
-Valet mode.
-Get rid of the neighboring cars in the driver's display. Inaccurate, distracting, pointless.

Suspension clunking is mostly fixed for gen 2, at least mine is anyways.

FOB battery doesn't even last 6 months. Been through different brands and locations in the house. Whenever I attempt to use it - rarely - it's always DOA

Resume for cruise. I shouldn’t have to set it every time. It’s annoying.

I've had cars that had a cruise resume feature, but for some reason I never used it - I would always hit the brakes to stop instead of the little "cancel" button, which I think means the resume feature wouldn't work anyway. Was I missing out?

-manual door release for the rear doors passengers similar to front doors for easy emergency egress
-gemini or similar agent that works in all apps (alexa is terrible with maps, apple music, etc- anything is better than alexa)
-improved phone app for texting / calling (either use carplay/android auto or come up with a functional app)
-video app that can aircast from an apple device
-rear screen that can play video while driving that is controlled by video app
-energy monitor app that organizes usage in to easy to understand human increments of time. ex: organized graphical depiction in to 5, 10, or 15 mins intervals of the hour
-adaptive cruise and/or some type of basic highway assist when towing

That does NOT work in mine. Nothing shows up in the play widow its all blank :-(

Scheduled departure like Tesla has. You set the scheduled departure and it has your car charged to the desired level by the time you leave rather than setting a start and end time. The car figures out what time to start charging.

Better yet, stay engaged in the tunnel. GM Supercruise works in tunnels. Ford disengages hands free but keeps autosteer on.

There are many other times it warns it is about to disengage, and having to tug the wheel is an awful solution.

This never has worked for my gen 1, what the hell is "halfway", terrible ergonomics, unless there is a detent. I always have to tug the wheel.
