I'd like my windows to automatically close when the wipers sense rain. Stupid hot summer days necessitate vented windows but afternoon monsoons can fill an interior in minutes.

If it worked that way, I would never be able to get my coffee at the Starbucks drive-through here in the PNWI'd like my windows to automatically close when the wipers sense rain.
Current street shown on maps. It used to display that on the old Rivian Nav system. Now it's gone.
There is this video on YouTube of some software updates that Rivian should have had by now. Many of them are pretty reasonable, some will be hard to do, some may not be possible at all. But I like the screen layout suggestions, like trip computer, weather, altitude, and media. These should be easy. The PAAK solution is acceptable but doesn’t fix the issue. The others are ok but maybe not urgent.
Maybe Rivian is just spreading out the updates so there is always more coming…or maybe Gen 1 owners will slowly be left out.
This is basically the list.
-Disable PAAK from app
-Control power outlets from app
-Trip computer, clock, off-road pages shown on driver display
-Lane keep cancel only
-Resume ACC set speed
-Altitude & weather shown on Maps
-Pitch/Roll meter shown in camp mode
-Better phone integration
-Primary/secondary phone bluetooth media control
-Creep, Crawl, and Coast
-Cornering lights
-Power off button
-Auto off parking lights
-Proximity cargo open
-Delayed lock when passenger is sensed.
Maybe it would only happen when you're not in the vehicle. If it worked that way, I would never be able to get my coffee at the Starbucks drive-through here in the PNW![]()

Possibly my only use case for Alexa is to ask "Alexa, what time is it?"One that isn't on your list is:
A messaging app (andI am not talking about yelling "Hey Alexa" or "Hey Siri". I am talking one that is accessible with a button push and a message count in the display.
I do agree with you on the CLOCK being displayed on the dash and not in the teeny tiny upper corner of the infotainment system......that was a dumb design choice.
that right there is funny!Possibly my only use case for Alexa is to ask "Alexa, what time is it?"
Things you don’t know you need/want till someone tells it to you. Necessary for tropical weather.I'd like my windows to automatically close when the wipers sense rain. Stupid hot summer days necessitate vented windows but afternoon monsoons can fill an interior in minutes.
No. Holidays have impacted the release cadence every year.So no Update for November? Is that the first month we didn’t get one?
