The adapter bracket has a bit more available adjustment than the original Kammok. The side holes and the face holes on the Kammok are in a way that you can adjust up and down 20mm between each combo. The adapters can do ~15mm between combos. The diagrams and table below show all the height available, my pictured setup is at A2 "Default"

While we’re discussing this and slightly off topic - how have folks solved whistling noise from the crossbars with the awning installed? I tried a few inserts but the noise was driving me nuts. I ended up taking the awning and crossbars off my truck for now.

While we’re discussing this and slightly off topic - how have folks solved whistling noise from the crossbars with the awning installed? I tried a few inserts but the noise was driving me nuts. I ended up taking the awning and crossbars off my truck for now.

For crossbar whistling I've had them on 3 different sets of crossbars, goto fix for each that worked for me was electric tape on leading edge of risers can be seen circled in red below.

For awning whistling, I had a whistling i heard when no music is playing, low volume somewhat deeper tone whistle at 33mph +/- 1mph consistent last week, havent been able to replicate this week. I am thinking its the holes pointed in blue. The top hole has a 2/3 overlap with the other bracket and may be a cause for whistling. I have since covered it with electric tape and no whistling so far. Going to take the tape off and see if i can get it to come back. The overlap is present regardless of adapter bracket or Kammok bracket.

Pictured above is the kammok bracket I have with me. I also just noticed when I CAD'd the new brackets I made the sides longer, as an unexpected result, it does cover the slightly exposed hole pointed in green. The new brackets were not a copy and paste with adjustment. I CAD'd it from scratch with measurements i took for holes and clearances so differences like this was expected. in this case i believe it's a positive if the cause of whistling is these small gaps.

It also looks like I have enough people interested to place an order for a batch. I'll give it until Monday to order in case anyone else wants in so I make sure I have enough. After I receive them we can figure out logistics.

Pickup is fine with me, I am typically off Jamboree and the 5 about a mile from Rivian. We'd just have to coordinate. I'll cycle the suspension and get clearance for my install when I get a chance. You'd just have to use the table to adjust height depending on if you install it higher. I am on 20" AT so my height may be higher if you have All seasons.
