R2 Launch Edition Price -- What are you expecting?

I have seen a lot of speculation so thought I would start a thread for these speculations. I was going to try to create a pole but I could not figure out how to create one. I was originally going to say $57K. But I have seen so much high estimates. I am now going to speculate $59K.

The optics that they can produce a price-competitive Model Y fighter are more important than them actually making money right now. I expect they could cap it at $59,999.99 + some ridiculous shipping fee.

Looks like Rivian’s pricing is squarely aiming at the Mode Y so I’d say $61000? That’s what Tesla priced the Y when it launched the launch edition.

I think it would be pretty bad business given how pivotal this moment is for the company to go much above 55k. I'm hoping for something like $57,500 max. They risk alienating so much of the "new to Rivian" reservation list if they jump from tempting folks with 40's and then role out a number in the 60's. A "premium" AWD Model Y is still around 50k with 327m range. As a stockholder, I feel like they have to remain within striking distance of that figure even if the margins are not great initially to make the biggest splash at launch.
