That's what all car forums are for. You know, either trying to get help with your car or to talk about your car. Yelling into the void is helpful for no-one. Especially yourself.

If you don't like your Rivian, fuckin sell it and move on

Agree - very rare to see a post saying my white/gray/black (i.e. "boring color) R1 has been flawless and every software update has prioritized my needs and desires perfectly. This has been close to my experience and I think It's the silent and overwhelming majority. I don't mind negative posts, or posts very specific to a particular owner, but I often skip over them quickly.

I agree 100% having been shut down for venting on my first posts. How does anything get better if you can not voice your grievances. Ive had three issues in 3 months. Most people need help when things are bad not when everything is working. I appreciated your response.
Rivian doesn't monitor these forums, so they won't see your complaints. This forum is not a Rivian corporate forum. This is a forum for enthusiasts.

How you frame your posts strongly influences how this forum reacts to your post. I've seen some members post the most horrible experiences be treated great by this community because they were posting asking for help and they took a neutral tone.

I've seen others who just come here to shit on Rivian and they get treated poorly because, as the old saying goes, "nobody likes a complainer."

We are all well aware of Rivian's reliability issues, so you don't have to educate us. There is a reason that rivian has the worst reliability score at consumer reports, but simultaneously has the highest brand loyalty.

Fixed it for you - they do monitor them (at least the Social Media and Media Relations teams) - this is fact. (hope you take this in the lighthearted way it was intended :) ).

A good example of this in practice is when I took some photos of the factory floor several months back (though the 3 story high glass wall!) - and less than 20 mins later the receptionist at the front desk got a call asking her to ask me if I would mind taking them down.

Honestly I think we should all be shocked and worried if a publicly traded company was NOT observing the top 2-3 user communities - where it is somewhat surprising (and great) is that for reddit at least officers' of the company (aka Wassym) do openly interact with the community.
