And while I'm sure it doesn't cost as much to make as the major manufacturers charge for these adapters, it's sure as heck more than $2.99... take that how you will.
I wouldn't trust any such adapter that a *REPUTABLE* company sold for under $50 on clearance.
The fact that it seems to be an exact knock-off of the Tesla-manufactured one makes this one even more suspicious. How do we know that the pictures aren't just the actual Tesla-manufactured one?
It's one thing to get a great discount on toilet paper, and yet another on a device that could melt your charging port or burn your house down. I think I'll just stick with proven reputable products for my $100,000 truck.
