From what I can see from OP responding to comments is that there likely won't be a delay though employees may be facing some overtime to try to keep things on track. The area was used for R2 inventory and I think off loading (he didn't give too many specifics due to him unable to say much but he said it was an important area for R2 production) and was indeed part of the R2 building, but he isn't anticipating delays though the company hasn't said specifically yet what the impact is.

Based on what the reddit dude said, this is probably where "Just In Time" materials are received for staging to the production line. THe BMW Mini factory in England and many other factories I have been in have an area just like this in the dock space area. In the BMW Mini factory, sub assemblies (dashboards, seats, engines, etc.) are inventoried elsewhere and delivered to the assembly line 24 - 48 hours prior to production.
