Did he share any additional details? What's the problem? Is it a part supply issue? Does he/she have ANY idea what a real timeline for you might look like?

So frustrated for you.
"We’re trying to get your truck delivered as soon as we can. We’re tracking all of our Jan/Feb delivery window customers, ensuring we have all these orders identified for the earliest possible deliveries.

Realistically since we only have a few weeks left here in February, we’re likely looking for a March timeframe now. I know our teams are doing their best to ensure the trucks are everything we’ve promised and that you’ll be out having adventures as soon as possible."

wow, you could read the wording of that email to say that pretty much all the planned Jan/Feb deliveries have yet to happen. I know others have reported non-employee trucks that you can count on one hand, so the point being the MAJORITY of planned Jan/Feb completions look like misses.

and I can hardly believe they actually included the word "soon" (or s00n) in their written statement.

So when i emailed my guide last week about my February/March delivery status they actually used "s00n" in their reply. I thought it was funny and shows they actually know about us on these forums.

I'm sure you feel the same, but the impact of these jan/feb delays would be really helpful. Are you sliding to the first week of March because of the snow storm? Or is this now "anytime in March" and production has been slower than expected.

I hope they prioritize delivering vehicles to anyone at this point. They built 1,012 vehicles in 2021 if I recall correctly. I am beginning to wonder if they can get 400 out the door between Jan. 1 and the earnings call.
I'm not understanding your numbers at all. They made a token delivery in September. Thus Oct-Dec they built 1015 and delivered 920. Now you think the delivery rate will be halved?? Why?

Wonder if I can get a part time remote job doing some customer engagement and get a R1T by next week? As I'm completely unqualified and have no idea how to do that job I'll fit right in with the current team.

Looks like the drive coach I had at the first mile event.

Any idea where it was posted?

at this point kind of wish Rivian would tell employees getting their trucks (and any S) just keep it on the QT and stay off social media. Each time an employee delivery is highlighted it feels like a gut punch.

9.5 weeks from Jan. 1 to March 10 at the goal of 200/week is 1,900. We all know Rivian is not hitting 200/week and I doubt they are close.

Impacts of omicron, early January shut down for process improvements, line fire and supply chain plus the failure to meet Jan/Feb delivery dates of the few folks on the board with those dates (not to mention still no delivery for October 2021 dates!) suggests way below 200/week so I am guessing 400-500.

As amazing as the finished product is, Rivian hasn’t provided any proof it is capable of consistent builds at 125/week average of a beta build yet alone the finished product.

Grrr these employee deliveries…

Adjusting my expectations accordingly. Maybe this summer. In the meantime I’ll be enjoying my wrangler which is still very fun to drive.

"Tracking all of our Jan.Feb deliveries" what does that even mean? You have a set number of customers with that delivery window. Build the trucks for them.

Going back to my rant last week, why are they still delivering to 2021 hires and pushing their Jan/Feb delivery windows? It's so confusing.
