I have heard similar clicking sound from inside the car, right after starting to drive. But it seems to go away after a minute. Is it normal suspension adjustment during start up, or something much worse?

not 100% sure, i had same noise coming from the front end and during last service visit technician said

"removed wheel, cleaned off mating surfaces for wheel and hub, lubricated and torqued removed part to spec"

so far no more clicking noise coming from front end, but they didnt do the rear so im guessing its just debries got inside creating that noise? have another service appointment june 10th will follow up!

My 2022 R1T produces clicking sounds on hard acceleration. While I was in for the toe bolt recall, I asked the tech about it. He told me it was the air suspension solenoids opening and closing to try to level the car during the launch. During the drive, he said mine was one of the quietest Gen 1s he had ridden in. Made me feel a little better about all the clicks, clunks, etc.

Can you trigger it by changing the direction of torque, for example, when you first back up, then change to move forward, or after rolling off from a stop at a light? It could be several things, but that "ting" sounds a lot like the sound when my halfshaft washers became loose and required replacement under warranty. If so, it's been reported, and SC said it's not an immediate emergency kind of issue if that is what it is. Those washers are reportedly a regular Gen1 issue, but I thought the issue disappeared with Gen2 vehicles. Maybe other Gen2 owners can confirm or correct me.

It’s kinda on and off, sometime I can trigger it by going forward and back but sometimes can hear multiple “clicks” by just going forward at a slow speed. Super odd! Will update after my service appointment on the 15th.

Could be anything from a small rock in your brake caliber clicking around to half shafts to ??? I think they need to put it on a lift and rotate the tire or hub without the tire to see what's up.

I had a clicking sound from inside that was definitely coming from the rear and it would occur up to about 10-15mph, then go away. The service center inspected the rear drive units and determined that the sound was coming from the left and right module disconnects. They removed them and replaced them with new parts and i have not had any clicking sound since.

Disco-Module Part # PT00057760-G

This is on 2024 R1T Quad.

Hope that helps!
