I think Rivian recommends this stuff from Dr. Beasley for cleaning and maintenance. I have not tried it. I would try it on something other than my vehicle first. If that wasn't possible I'd try it on a passenger door in a spot as discrete as possible.

I would use shop vac and a small piece of string trimmer line (or similar small flexible 'pick' with a rounded end) and gently clean the gaps. I would not do a pressure washer—too much potential to damage a seal. Just my thoughts.

I think this is a molded part. If the molding process is not well controlled the resulting part can have internal stresses—much stronger than the adhesive can overcome. Get it hot and you might seem them start acting. I would guess that's the issue. I would Think Rivian would replace it under...
