  1. Introducing RMaxx Running Boards & Rock Sliders for Rivian R1T / R1S from Team 1EV

Fair points. I guess I’ll just patiently wait till my order (#2008) is up, which I imagine isn’t much longer now. While we are on the topic of jacking points, has anyone tried to use a hi-lift type Jack in conjunction with the sliders?
  2. Introducing RMaxx Running Boards & Rock Sliders for Rivian R1T / R1S from Team 1EV

So at this point there are ~25 Sliders in the wild? I have not seen any of them show up on YouTube to be reviewed? Did they not go out to any of the “popular” people on there?
  3. Thuren wheels + 35" inch Falken Wildpeak R/T tires on Glacier White R1S

This looks amazing!! So, If I were to copy this setup on my R1T, I would likely need to buy 5 wheels, right? As the OEM spare 20" is a different outside diameter, so at that point it would be useless as a spare? Although with the quad motors, nothing is physically connected like "normal" AWD...
  4. Introducing the first Rivian specific bottle jack! Team 1EV 6 Ton Bottle Jack Kit for R1T / R1S

People who have these, how do you use it on the rear? Even with an ARB base like this, which adds 1.4" the rear wheel is barely off the ground? I had planned to go to 35's, but I guess I'd need to rethink my off road jack solution in that case. I do have the spare tire, so I wonder if the OEM...
  5. Washington GC Washer Fluid Group Buy - IT'S ON

Holy sheet! This started in February and is still ongoing? I feel like the aftermarket businesses have been instructed by Rivian to keep us waiting and tell us that we are all to receive whatever it is that we are ordering "s00n" That said, FOMO is king... sign me up for 4 gallon
  6. Introducing RMaxx Running Boards & Rock Sliders for Rivian R1T / R1S from Team 1EV

Ohhhh, so we may see some sliders in the wild soon! Talking to a few people with different vins (9k, 10k and 15k) it seems like Rivian did some revising on the mounting points, as demonstrated by the fact that electruck4x4 had to redesign their sliders to accommodate. Is your design of the...
  7. WattTruckMatt's El Cap Granite R1T Journey & Build Journal

For what its worth, my DCE brackets also wobble. I had ditch lights on my Grand Cherokee and they were rock solid and the design was very similar, so maybe the hood/ hinges on the Rivian are not as stout as on other vehicles?
  8. 12V Battery Replacement Bricked My R1T

This is interesting, especially the temporary bonding jumper part. When I replaced my 12v with Ohmmu batteries, I replaced them one at a time, passenger side first and after a hard reset, all was well. So not sure why the (mobile) service people have a more elaborate way?
  9. RTT mounts from Wheel Every Weekend

Shipping was $21 to Seattle, but if you happen to live close to one of their shops, you can avoid that. But even with the shipping, it was less than $30 for 8 of the pieces.
  10. RTT mounts from Wheel Every Weekend

They were out of stock there. But now that I know they are called "Slide Plates" I was able to search for them. I found these in the process and they are a lot cheaper: https://www.offroadwarehouse.com/product/rooftop-tent-mount815113/default.aspx
  11. RTT mounts from Wheel Every Weekend

So currently my iKamper Skycamp Mini 3 is installed with the v2 clamps, which have an integrated part that goes in the tent's U-Channel. In the WEW mounts installation video, I see him placing an aluminum piece on the bolt, is that included with the brackets (can't imagine, as that seems RTT...
  12. Pod lighting, aux, off-road, flood, lightbar -- anyone install these?

I used the passenger side battery and I tied into the 150A lead. I ran the ground wire to a nut on the driver side strut.
  13. Pod lighting, aux, off-road, flood, lightbar -- anyone install these?

that looks like an interesting setup! the Powerswitch has inputs for 2 triggers, and ways to program them, but I have not used that option just yet, so I’ll be of little help in that department.
  14. Aftermarket door sill covers ?

I did. Super easy install and they feel like great quality. They have been making these for Tacomas for a while and that crowd seems to love them.
  15. Pod lighting, aux, off-road, flood, lightbar -- anyone install these?

Ha! I had that same thought, as I also had Ditch lights on my Grand Cherokee and they did not move at all. I actually called DCE yesterday and they said they "had not noticed that, and it was normal for them to move a little". I can't imagine driving at a decent pace on a forest road with them...
  16. s00nish Ditch Light Brackets and Lights s00n

I was also considering the trigger, but I ended up spending a little more and buying a Garmin Powerswitch. This allows me to use my phone as the switch, so I don't have to keep track of a keyfob. That said, the keyfob route is a lot cheaper, especially if you are not planning on other 12v...
  17. Pod lighting, aux, off-road, flood, lightbar -- anyone install these?

I'm in Seattle and David from S00nish and I have been talking about it. I have a temp fix for it, but she ain't purdy. Basically, per David's idea, I stuffed 3 furniture pads (the ones you put under seat or table legs) between the hood ridge and the bracket. This stopped 90% of the vibrations...
  18. Pod lighting, aux, off-road, flood, lightbar -- anyone install these?

@electricRaptor @WattTruckMatt So I have the DCE brackets with some diode dynamics SS3 Max's and I notice that the lights vibrate a lot, even when driving on surface streets/ the freeway. I am wondering if you have the same experience and if so, what have you done to mitigate this?
  19. Introducing the first REAL Beadlock Wheel for Rivian! R800 RMaxx Forged Wheels by Team 1EV

These look amazing! So, I am new to beadlocks, but if I took these rims to, say, discount tire, would they: a) know what to do with them b) charge me a lot more for tire installs? Or is this more of a specialized type of thing that I'd need to go to a tire shop that specializes in off road...
