I had an auth for some amount on one warranty visit, they never charged it (invoice was $0.00). On my last warranty visit they didn't request an auth at all, the initial work order estimate said $0.00. I'm not sure when one process is used versus the other, but in the end, I was never charged.

Is there a trick to getting the Magic Dock connection out? I've used a couple of these but only the NACS end ever releases. I've tried holding down the button and pushing up, but couldn't get the CCS adapter to come loose. I always ended up having to use my own.
