But I specifically get “speed limited by charger” messages in the Rivian UI. Happened multiple times with Superchargers, other Rivian drivers have said that too at Supercharger stops.

Way to go!
I've basically crossed all of Canada on summer road trip vacations the last two years. We love visiting Canada and always happy to see other Rivians there.
I think the conventional wisdom that Electrify America is bad and unreliable is seriously out of date in many areas now. I've had very good performance with the new 350 kw dispensers throughout the midwest and western states. Conversely, my recent experiences with supercharges has been...
I’ve done that trip. Easy if going through North Dakota. Plenty of Tesla and electrify America chargers. I had good experiences with EA, faster than superchargers. We camped overnight at a state park in Glendive MT that had cool scenery and electric hookups.
Not sure about off the freeway...
We have arrived at our apex destination. Meat Cove. The northern most community in Nova Scotia. We scored the very best campsite for two nights. Spectacular setting.
Epic indeed! Highly recommend.
The Rivian nav system has been extremely accurate for estimating miles of range remaining.
Charging on Cape Breton is indeed sparse. Even Level 2 is thin. A nice 180 kw just opened on the south end of the cape.
we are staying at a lovely lodge that has nice...
This is indeed an epic road trip. Photos don’t capture it at all. The scale is vast. Hundreds of miles of wilderness and scenery. These photos are from Nova Scotia.
It is a worthy drive and little known by Americans. We are camping so no hotel thoughts. All the little villages seem very well maintained with what looks to me like a lot of vacation rentals. I would check out VRBO.
The bigger towns of Rimouski and Matane of kinda industrial and can be...
A few more photos and comments. At 1,900 miles traveled now with an efficiency of 2.39. All the gear reduces the efficiency by about 15 to 19%. Not too bad.
Very sparse charging from Minneapolis all the way to Ottawa but doable. Charging is ubiquitous in Quebec.
Have only seen 2 other...
If you like road trips put the Gaspe Peninsula on your list. 200 miles of amazing coastline and endless coastal villages. Photos will not do it justice.
I know the people I’m dealing with here so I’ll post photos of the most impossibly quaint charging stop imaginable here. It’s in...
Stages 3 and 4.
We are in those stages of Le Tour where not much happens. You put your head down and churn out the miles on the long flat stretches of road. If you are lucky you find a teammate in the peloton, latch on and just try to avoid a crash.
The mountain stages are coming soon...
