This was mine. Certainly simpler than yours, as my run was only about 10 feet and didn't need the addition of a sub-panel or anything like that. But still...
Edit to clarify this was through a local electrician, not Qmerit.
I would love for this to be true, but it doesn't make any sense. These trucks could be on a transport for any number of reasons (heading to a demo drive location, media, whatever).
Shipping 2 trucks at a time out to customers, unprotected on the back of a hauler, makes no logistical sense.

I will never understand why people insist on crawling through the gear tunnel and lying down all contorted in the frunk. I legit just don't get the appeal.
I've never had the urge to get into my normal trunk and lie down.
Let's also not forget that they expect to get an extra $15,000 out of each of us in subscription costs over the life of the vehicle. That's their estimate, not mine.
I'd add that to my "they've raised the price without raising the price" argument.
I would argue that they have effectively raised the price over the past 3 years by significantly reducing promised features and functions, while keeping the price relatively consistent.
The auto-dimming glass in the roof which was supposed to be included in all vehicles is worth many thousands...
Sorry my sarcasm didn’t come through. I know that many auto plants don’t operate 24/7. Rivian has stated on multiple occasions that they will only be running 2 shifts per day, 6 days per week.
I was just being snide because earlier this week I was berated by another member for stating that...
I expect them to ramp up to a higher throughput early next year.
Also, there will be some pre-orders that don't convert to actual sales. Historically that's been around 30% based on some Tesla estimates. So 36K could still potentially cover all pre-orders...maybe.
No. Closer to 3K per month as a best case scenario. 160/day x 20 work days = 3,200. Given it's a brand new line, there will be additional down times, so ~3,000.
I'm hopeful that they can start operating at that pace by the beginning of November, which means they could theoretically produce...
It's very frustrating that in RJ's July email he specifically notes that communication is lacking, and they're going to do better. We got a decent August update, which was great.
But then September and October happen, right when the most exciting time for the company begins and deliveries are...
