It's gone! Soft reset, no bueno. Hard reset, no bueno. Like a poor fool in a third world country, I now have to reach all the way over to the infotainment screen and tap on the garage icon, then on my doors to open/shut.
Was the button too convenient or is my Rivian playing tricks on me?
My concern isn’t if they will be around (they will or worst case they are acquired), it’s more about resale value. They’ve fallen off drastically. I was hoping for vette and am seeing Jeep due to the EV market.

I searched the threadand found a few posts talking about this, but not a ton of discussion, so I wanted to start a dedicated thread.
Issue: when turning the steering wheel sharp at a slow speed - let’s say backing out of your driveway or entering a parking spot - I feel the wheels slip like...
My biggest concern and reason for considering selling is what happens to maintenance/parts/updates if they go out of business? I get someone would likely step in and buy them, but what if they don’t? That’s a big risk considering you are holding on to a $80k asset.
