My wife would be relying on a road service technician. The service we have covers installing a spare so I ordered the OEM 21" with installation, pucks and jack kit for $800. I believe the weight is only around 75 lbs.
Besides, a spare is required by our beach access permits so for us it's a...
When the dash showed people for the first time they were stepping off the curb in the dark and I was glad for the wakeup call. It would be helpful to have notice of deer just off the shoulder, although if they spook into the road it is too late. It's just nice not to be startled if you haven't...
People show up on the driver's dash screen but, and I have checked this a couple of times, deer do not. Our island speed limit is 45 and our deer are plentiful so there is generally time to check the dash. I gotta say that the people are definitely zombie-like!
I'm patiently waiting for my 21" spare to be delivered by the mobile installation tech. My order paperwork includes the following for mounting:
WINGNUT - SPARE TIRE RETENTION
Part# PT00052292-D
STUD - SPARE TIRE RETENTION R1T
Part# PT00052293-C
I never worried about keeping my past vehicles air conditioned unless I was using them. I'm pretty sure Rivian isn't going to make me start now. Seems like much ado about nothing.
Nice. We have the same sized array. Covers our heat pumps 100% to heat and cool. The R1T should bring us almost to break even (eat up our credit) each month and on target for the 4 year payback. We didn't do a battery... yet.
Thanks for the thread. Today I will dig out one of those 3-2 adapters I have in a drawer but rarely use anymore, grind it down and put it under the back seat.
I’m a Meguiars fan. https://www.harborfreight.com/64-oz-gold-class-car-wash-shampoo-conditioner-56806.html?utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=425671834&campaignid=425671834&utm_content=1166582863634203&adsetid=1166582863634203&product=56806&store=&msclkid=64fec67cedd91f99fe7fa06945c74a4a
I agree it might have something to do with a wheel losing traction. I tested it today and it stayed in FWD. Maybe the OP unconsciously slowed down enough to have the rear motor engage as it normally would.
Nicer than Ford. Through the entire history of Bronco Sport deliveries they simply delivered with missing parts. In some cases a small credit on the window sticker.
I use BT for music all the time. I often hit Park and sit in the truck waiting for my wife to run in a store. The only time I get the fluttering sound is when she gets to the truck first and her phone connects and then she gets out and walks away.
We don’t use our phones for calls too often in...
Went to FL for 7 weeks this winter. Left it plugged in set to 50%. Watched it via the app as it topped off every few days. On the way home I bumped it to 70% where we usually keep it, and it was ready and waiting when we arrived.
