I really don't understand what you are saying. With other cars, you have to unlock the car in some way. Old school using a key, a fob, a card or a phone. Some of these are proximity and some require a physical action. Once the car is unlocked, you have to pull the handle to open the car...

Are you sure? Red does not normally mean normal when the other color shown is green. I see another post that their status colors are all green.
