Thought I would post some good news here. I went out to my R1T on Saturday to find a very dead car. Call Rivian and they arranged for a tow on Sunday morning, I chose that time as they were not open till Monday but could tow anytime. They communicated by text and even sent me an uber voucher, so I went out drinking (hehehe). They got started on the repairs and just picked up my truck at 10 and this morning, so 24 hours turnaround. Kudos to Rivian for making strides on their service.
